The TRS ePresent solution is a unique application developed on the mobile platform. This application can be used to aid invigilators before exam to collect attendance data. Using the mobile phones provided to them, they just need to login with the given credentials and can capture required data like 1D barcodes, QR Codes and images. Data can be uploaded once from a central location which has internet access. Until then, the data will be locally stored on the mobile which can only be accessed securely.

Attendance data collated within hours
Once an exam is over, attendance data from multiple locations can be merged and final collated data can be given within a couple of hours (from whenever data is uploaded from all locations). The attendance data is then used to also help find any errors made by students when they shade.
Exam malpractice can be prevented
Since we are able to capture the image (fingerprint if needed) of the person appearing in the exam hall and map him to the unique barcode that is read from the answer booklet, any attempt by the student to have another person appear for him, can be detected. Also, using this process, one can send answer sheets directly to evaluation without any pre-process of dummy numbering.
